Familheey App launches its first Global Internship Program on August 12, 2021
In a first of its kind initiative, the Houston, Texas-based Familheey App launched the first phase of its first Familheey Global Internship (FGI) program on an online Zoom event on August 12, 2021. The first 12 strong group of interns comprised of a diverse group of students and professionals drawn from across India. Over the second phase, the FGI program will commence its internship in the North America region—covering the US and Canada.
Over the next three months, this group will be introduced to the concepts and nuances for community apps which are considered to be the digital future. Familheey is a community-based app platform where groups, teams and organizations can move past the like-share-subscribe market model to the communities ‘connect-engage-grow’ mode of the future.

On the Familheey Global Internship Program, the interns will get to work with a top notch team of entrepreneurs, technologists and digital thought leaders. They will help grow an app platform that unifies over 900 communities across 50+ countries with causes ranging from holistic lifestyle, environment conservation, mobile photography, film making and family spirituality.
The communities on Familheey are based out of North America, South America, Africa and Asia. The global languages used on the Familheey app range from Spanish, French, Swahili, Luganda, Bangla, Tagalog and of course, English. The 3 month Familheey Global Internship Program has drawn internship aspirants from the US, South America, Middle East and Asia.
